Regarding returns and exchanges

Refund & Exchange Policy

Please submit a refund request within 7 days starting from the day after you receive the item.
Each piece is carefully handmade by me. If you have any concerns, you are very welcome to contact me first so we can discuss the situation.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

1. Customized or made-to-order pieces

2. Earrings that cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons

 

Refund Process

1. Submit a Request
   After receiving your refund request, I will respond within 3 business days to help confirm the details.

2. Return the Item
   Once the return is approved, please send the item back with complete packaging within 3 business days, and notify me of the shipping details by email.

3. Refund Confirmation
   After I receive the returned item, I will inspect its condition and complete the refund within 3 business days.
