Saddle-shaped bracelet with pearl
Anticlastic Raising is a metalsmithing forging technique that shapes metal through opposing curves, creating a double-curved surface such as a saddle or wave form.
By applying controlled hammering with reverse tension, the metal is driven inward along one axis and outward along the other, resulting in enhanced structural strength and a pronounced three-dimensional presence.
